Corre La Licorne était une société Automobile Construction créée par Jean-Marie Corre in 1901 sous la raison sociale Société Française des automobiles Run.
Les voitures furent produite sous le nom de Corre, Corre-La Licorne puis au moment où strong brand choisit dressée à la Licorne pour ses grilles orner. It seems qu'elle CET emblème ait adopté à la suite des Victoires du pilote Waldemar current Lestienne, dont les Armoiries familiales une Licorne portaient rampant.
The fut reprise in 1907 Société par cette même famille qui abandonné Lestienne bientôt le nom de Corre pour ne conserver que celui ou Operation Licorne La Licorne. Après la deuxième guerre mondiale, elle ne fut pas retenue dans le plan pour Pons automobile production and Citroën qui fut par Lachea refus de lui fournir des Moteurs most avant-garde. Elle cessa ses activités en 1949 et fut à VENDUE Berliet.
Le fondateur brand, à la vente de son usine in 1907 poursuivit craft production indépendamment une Automobile Son nom jusqu'en 1913 sous (Corre, Le Cor, JC).
La Société Française des Automobiles Run was founded in 1901 in Levallois, and began producing vehicles with three and four-wheel.
Several cars with engines up to 1906 were property. Until then the cars were sold under the name of the Run. When Mr. Run to the left of the factory, the name was changed to Corre-La Licorne. The range was then one of two cylinders (1727cc) and 15/20 HP four (2544cc), however, the old single-cylinder De Dion-engined model 8 hp from 942cc was in production until 1912. After that date all Corres had four cylinder engines. No fewer than nine models were available in 1914, to 7 HP to 25 HP. After the war, Corre-La Licorne moved to Neuilly, the new model first introduced in 1919 had a 1244cc engine sv voting.
During the 192Os the main models of voting were the engines, 9 / 12 cv (1692cc) and 12/15 cv (2997cc) and the Supreme Commander engine 8 / 10 hp (l393cc). A 1492cc six were offered in 1927, and competed successfully. La Licorne, supported by the decrease in hp, 5 (905cc) and 8 hp (1450cc), moved to Courbevoie and indeed some conventional front engine, rear-wheel drive cars use front-wheel-drive Citroen body.
With the outbreak of war, two new cars, a 6hp and 8 cc were made, but it was too late. After a prototype was presented at the Paris Salon in 1949, works forever closed.
