The interior of the Mulsanne W.O. Edition by Mulliner is appointed with special features, such as a part of Mr. Bentley's personal car itself, encased in a special compartment in the armrest. The owner's signature is also emblazoned on the dashboard and front bumper.

Only 100 units of this car model were created to celebrate the 100 years of the brand.

The model is inspired by – and takes its name from - the legendary 6¾-litre engine, which has celebrated its sixtieth year in continuous production in 2019.

They only made 30 units of this final car model under the Mulsanne line, which signified the end of Mulsanne as Bentley's flagship model. It was subsequently replaced by the Flying Spur as Bentley's new flagship model.
